All "unusual specimens" (dysplastic nevi, atypical nevi, melanomas
       and unusual dermatitis) read out by board certified
       dermatopathologists.

If you require evaluation of margins, specify "check margins" so that
       specimen will be processed properly.  If the specimen is oriented by
       a suture the specimen will be inked to preserve orientation
       information on the slide.
